ORDER CUT-OFF
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) start processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET) start the next business day.
PROCESSING TIME
After you place an order, we carefully pack it and prepare it for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Processing takes place Monday through Friday and does not include public holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been dispatched, it typically arrives within 4-7 business days (Monday through Friday) anywhere in the United States.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.
DELAYS
Occasionally an order may take longer than expected, for example during busy periods or because of carrier disruptions. If this happens, we'll keep you informed. If you have any concerns, email us at info@coconera.com
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a personal tracking link. Tracking information can take 1 to 3 business days to update after your parcel has left our warehouse.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us right away at info@coconera.com. Include your order details and a photo of the problem, and we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Changes: you can ask for a change to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Cancellations: if you request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order, we guarantee it. After those 4 hours we can't promise it, because your order may already be in processing.
